The Tipsy Ballerina

Technique led dance classes by professionals for people just wanting to have fun , get more excersize without the hangover. Expect to learn a thing or two from our skilled instructors.

Perfect for beginners, and skilled dancers. Our offerings include Ballet, Irish Step, GaGa, Modern , HipHop and more. Come as you are.

Vision Board BiMonthly

1 in 60 Club. Two degrees doesn’t sound like a lot, but in aviation terms, even one degree is huge.

That’s why pilots are taught the 1 in 60 rule, which states that after 60 miles, a one-degree error in heading will result in straying off course by one mile.

Which means the lake you planned to fly over could turn out to be a mountain.

Lets make sure you are taking a path that is ending you up where you want to be. Every 2 months we will meet and discuss life plans , goals , journaling and vision boarding. Seeing real obstacles and doing things you thought therapy would help with with tangible actions is how you guide your lifes journey with peace.

This is a subscription box club for people working on their inversions specifically. But its also a support group for like minded people who want to challenge themselves and learn to be their best selves.

Its difficult to be upside down in pose and in life. My mentor taught me the pose begins when you want to come out of it. By staying , we grow and strengthen, learning to surf the waves of life.

Through inversions we are tested on many levels and it ups our game. Sharing tips and tricks is how we all learn to stay.
